Camino Chat

With this app you can:

• Send messages
• Share your location
• See if there are other forum members close to your location.
• Create group message conversations
• Create public chats room (visible to all users of this app)

You log in with your Camino Forum username and password (your avatar on the forum will be used in the app).

The 5 sections of this app

Conversations – Send Private messages to your friends. It is also possible to add more than one user to a conversation making it a group conversation.

You can share:
• Text
• You location
• A photo (taking a photo or select one from your album)

Chat Room – Create public chat rooms where all users of the app can see and participate.

Nearby Contacts – See a list of your contacts and how far away from you they are. (Less than 2km, between 2km and 5 km, ..) You only see the ones you have added in the “Contacts” section and they need to be “online” (have the app open) to show up.

Contacts – This is a list of your contacts. To be able to interact with a contact you need to add them here first. Search for them by their forum username. They will only show up if they have logged into the app.

Profile – Your avatar and username is the same as you use on the Camino Forum. You can set your status here.
